Mikayla Ford

Associate

As BEworks’ dedicated Program Manager, Mikayla plans and monitors multiple engagements across the organization. Having led complex research projects changing consumption patterns in the energy sector, Mikayla is skilled at optimizing processes to reach client objectives. After completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and prior to her current role, Mikayla worked for Finmaven - a technology firm that draws financial insights from unstructured social data.

If Mikayla had to choose just one thing she likes the most about BEworks, it would be the office culture. She is inspired everyday by skill and passion of her team and enjoys working in a space that allows for tight collaboration and constant learning.
